I had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for me and my children, though a bit noisy being close to the elevators and adjacent to the electrical room. The service was friendly and accommodating, even when I had an issue with my Gift card at check-in. The location was convenient for exploring New Orleans, with easy access and a nice spot to enjoy morning coffee, though disrupted by the hotel's proximity to the housekeeping closet. The dining options were varied, but some days were better than others, and the breakfast was a bit of a letdown with just muffins, oranges, and coffee.
